Facebook Fundraiser

Why not set up a fundraising page on Facebook for your birthday? It's really simple and relieves the usual local "donation pot" by spreading it out to your friends and family far and wide! Every little helps! 

 

"Easy Fundraising" 

There are other easy ways that you can help raise money for the school:

Do you shop online? Did you know that every time you buy something you could be raising money for Flax Bourton Primary school? Easyfundraising has over 2,000 well know retailers listed with them, and everytime you shop with one of these retailers through Easyfundraising a percentage of that shop is then passed on to Flax Bourton Primary school. Some of the retailers listed include: Amazon, M&S, Vodafone, eBay, Tesco, John Lewis, Boden, Sainsbury’s, Boots, WH Smiths, B&Q, Thomas Cook, Waitrose, House of Fraser, Vodafone to name but a few.

So how does it work? You need to register with Easyfundraising, and it’s basically like nectar points but instead of earning points you are earning donations to the school. Instead of going directly to a retailer’s website, go to easyfundraising first and choose the retailer you want to shop with – then everything you spend with that retailer earns a free donation for Flax Bourton Primary school. It’s completely free to use and your shopping won’t cost you a penny more.

On average, each retailer will donate 5% of the cost of your shopping – and those donations soon mount up.

Donate your Uniform and Fancy Dress!

We are always grateful for 2nd hand uniform and fancy dress donations...especially in the build up to world book day and other dress up days!

Donations can be given to your class rep to pass on for our uniform and fancy dress sales. 
Each item with the school logo raises £3 and is of course going to an excellent cause thanks to you whilst also helping keep it out of landfill! 

We do ask that clothes/shoes/wellies/PE Kit are washed and in good condition.

We unfortunately will not be able to accept T-shirts, Jumpers, Cardigans or Fleeces without the school logo.

Keep an eye on the FBSA newsletters to find out when the next Uniform Sale or fancy dress sales are.

In November and December we also sell Christmas Wear ready for the Christmas meal, Christmas Jumper Day & the Christmas Disco, so Christmas clothes donations are always welcome this time of year!

Fancy dress donations are always particularly welcome in January and February in the run up to World Book Day in March.

 

Sponsorship
