Here are some pictures from our trip to Cheddar Caves, which launched our unit of learning in term 2 all about life in the Stone Age. We got to see caves that hunter gatherers lived in and find out about how every day life was for a Stone Age Tribe.

As you look at the pictures together, ask your child about how a Stone Age hunter gatherer would have made a fire, or what 6 things they needed to stay alive. Also they should be able to tell you about how a stone age hunter gatherer would have made a spear to protect themselves against some of their predators.
