Term 6 Week 3 - 15th June - 19th June 2020

The Duchess of Cambridge's online assembly link below:

https://classroom.thenational.academy/assemblies/

It is live at 11am and the theme is 'Spread a little Kindness.'

This fits in perfectly with the welcome I did on Tuesday about being kind.

Hello My Amazing Home Learners

I hope that you are well and are setting yourselves up on Microsoft Teams ready for next week.

It has been lovely to receive so much of your home learning this week. You have made beautiful sculptures, created delicious flapjacks, designed "happy home" cakes and made fantastic rafts that float - someone even decided to fall in and float with their raft! Your maths learning has been of a high standard - just remember to check your learning before you send it in for any small errors. I am looking forward to receiving your English learning today. A member of staff will be giving you feedback on it by Tuesday.

We will be starting Teams on Monday at 9:30am with a daily welcome. This is where I will talk you all through your learning for the day. We will be sticking to the timetable each day. Please make sure that you have read the pupil guidelines and have your mic and camera turned off. Class chats will also start next week.

If I have requested home learning to be sent in, please can you now send it in on the same day as you do it. This will enable us to respond to it quickly and effectively.

You can now send your home learning via your new school email address to the home learning email address. It would be good for you all to learn how to do this.

I am looking forward to chatting with you all next week and you will all be able to see me on screen from Monday.

Keep sending your learning in next week.

Stay safe and healthy

Lots of Virtual Flax hugs

Mrs Gregory
